Shipping policy

 

Thank you for supporting our artwork. Each piece, whether a delicate fine art print or a handcrafted paper sculpture, is handled with great care to ensure it arrives safely to you.

Processing Time

Prints: Currently all of our fine art prints are printed off-site and they are all made to order. Please allow 5–14 business days for processing before shipping.

Sculptures: Sculptures are all made to order unless otherwise stated in the Listing. The time frame for processing will be included in the specific listing.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. A few of our prints are printed and shipped from the US while most other prints are shipped from our studio in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Our website is currently set up to ship domestically in Canada, and internationally to the US, UK, and Australia. We are happy to ship outside of these regions. Please email us with your address so we can offer you the best shipping rates and delivery times as possible before purchase. 

Ordering multiple items may require shipping from more than one location or require more than one package being shipped out. In these cases, you’ll pay a combined shipping rate. If this combined shipping rate turns out to be significantly higher than the actual cost of shipping (plus handling) when we ship it out, we may contact you to offer a refund of the difference. Alternatively, email us prior to making your order and we can give you a shipping quote.

If you have a freight forwarder you would like to use, please email us with the name, contact, and address of your carrier so we can determine the arrangements required and if it is feasible for us to get your order into their hands.

Domestic (Canada): Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after processing. 

International (US): Delivery usually takes 5-12 business days after processing. Shipping may be delayed due to processing at customs.

International (UK & Australia): Shipping times vary and may take 2–3 weeks depending on customs and location.

International (Other Regions): Please email us with your address so we can offer you the best shipping rates and delivery times as possible before purchase. 

Taxes & Duties

There may be taxes and duties charged to you, the buyer, by your country’s custom agency before your order can be released to you. All taxes and duties charged are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging

Prints are shipped flat or rolled in protective tubes, depending on size.

Currently we do not ship framed prints and they must be picked up locally due to logistics and costs. We may consider it upon request.

Sculptures are packaged with custom supports and cushioning to protect fragile elements.

Tracking & Notifications

If you’ve chosen a delivery method with tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

Some delicate sculptures may not be available for international shipping due to customs or transit risks. In other cases, we may be prevented from shipping to you because the total cost of your order exceeds what our carriers may insure or permit.

Damaged Items

For prints that are printed locally (Iris Rising Series, Cloudy Skies Series): If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at jessie@craftedtobloom.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will make best efforts to replace or fix what is damaged, subject to the cost of labour and shipping.

We will not replace or refund any art prints damaged post-delivery.

For prints that are printed off-site (Paper Flower Art Series): These prints are currently printed off-site so our return policy is based on our printer’s return policy. Our printer may offer to reprint the order or offer a refund (on a case by case basis) if it arrives damaged or if there is something wrong with the print, with proof. Accordingly, please open your package as soon as possible when it arrives. If there appears to be damage, take photos of the damage on the art print and on the packaging. Contact us ASAP at jessie@craftedtobloom.com and no later than 5 days after receipt of your order with proof of damage so we can send them along to our printer. Our printer may require you to return the damaged art print in the original packaging before reprinting a new print or issuing a refund.

Our printer will not replace or refund any art prints damaged post-delivery.

Lost Packages

Shipping is generally out of our hands and your best bet is to contact and/or file a claim with the shipping company directly as we are not liable for any shipping misdelivery, failed deliveries, damage during transit, and post-delivery. That information will be available with your tracking information provided. We will make best efforts to replace the artwork that was part of the shipment.
